Will TrustBuilder require a lot of my time?

No. All you need to do is email us your weekly customer list. Takes no more than a couple minutes each week.

Once your account is setup our system will:

• Automatically send and receive feedback requests and alerts.
• Approve positive reviews to show on your website.
• Hide and notify you of any negative or unfavorable feedback.
• Automated follow up and reminder feedback requests.

How do I create a customer list?

All Point Of Sale (POS) systems have a customer list or mail merge function that creates an export file. The programs all differ but are simple to use once you have done one export. We have export instructions for most systems. Then all you do is send the file to us as an email attachment. Usually only takes a minute or two once per week.

What if I do not have a customer's email address?

TrustBuilder can use both email and SMS Text message to send a feedback request to your customer.

We have found that email is best for asking for feedback. But if your customer doesn't want to provide an email their Text number works almost as well. And if you don't have an email or Text number you can always direct them to your feedback collection form which can be used on any web enabled device.

Your customers can use the Feedback system from your website with any web enabled device, smartphone to desktop computer. Your business also gets a unique feedback web address that can be added to printed media, invoices, bills, tabs, receipts, business cards, QR codes, Text Message, etc - and does not require you to know the customers name, email, or Text number.

Once you introduce the feedback process to your customers you can start collecting their contact information. TrustBuilder works great on mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPads, etc), so you can just collect and add the customer's contact information to your customer records while they are at your place of business.
